About

Kate’s driving passion is ‘growing’ and ‘developing’ a business and the people within it – seeing them become even more successful, self-sustaining, making profit.

Kate started her first  business  – the Taco Van when she was 21. She made a neat £1400 profit at Glastonbury and enough to buy her first car outright.

Kate has a MSc in Exercise & Health, is an internationally qualified coach and has worked free-lance combining sport and business for nearly 20 years.

She set up and managed a sports medicine clinic and learnt (over 9 years) what it takes to successfully run a business in its totality.  Alongside business coaching, Kate also runs her own local exercise classes, manages a family property development business, is in the middle of building her second self-build home with her partner, and has two children.

Kate now works with the wonderful and invaluable people that run our local businesses.

“Making money in business is not about hard work it’s about doing the right work”.

Kate is really happy to ‘chew the fat’ with local business owners so, if you have a specific question or would just like to ‘pass something by someone’ then, please get in touch.
